great pools but limited dining options
The pools were fantastic, providing ample space for relaxation, and we never struggled to find chairs or even a cabana. Each evening, the shows added a fun element to our stay, making for enjoyable family nights. Our Junior Suite was well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay with a balcony view that made mornings special as we watched the sunrise over the water. Also, the kids loved the engaging activities at the Kid's Club, keeping them entertained throughout the day.
The dining options felt lacking, especially in terms of variety with local cuisine available.

The pools were fantastic, perfect for my grandchildren to splash around while my wife and I enjoyed drinks by the cabana. We also had fun at the Kid's Club, where our grandkids were entertained with activities throughout the day.
My kids wished for more dining variety, as the options felt limited.

I enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony, watching the array of blue colors every morning. The staff at the spa provided excellent treatments. The massage with organic oils was incredibly relaxing and helped restore my energy after exploring Puerto Morelos. Also, the fitness center had all the equipment I needed for a good workout.
The beach area was not up to my expectations. The sand was not clean, and there were barriers in the water which made swimming difficult. It was also hard to get reservations at the restaurants.

The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush flora, and the resort is easily accessible for seniors with ample seating areas by the pools and thoughtful layout that minimizes walking distance between amenities.
More shade options around pool areas would be appreciated.

The Junior Suite offered a pleasant stay with well-appointed amenities, and the pools were fantastic, ensuring we could always find a spot to relax. Evening shows were enjoyable, adding a fun twist to our nights. On the downside, the dining options were limited, lacking variety in local cuisine, and service at some restaurants left much to be desired. Additionally, the overall food quality fell short of expectations.

It was just a fine choice for a quick stopover in Puerto Morelos with good price-value balance. The pools were great for a refreshing dip during the hot afternoons, perfect after a long day out. Make sure to plan your dinner reservations as early as possible to avoid missing out on better dining options.
